This guided meditation is designed as a daily practice to not only awaken your eternal life force also known as your kundalini, but to also promote wellness and care of this powerful high energy field intelligence as it begin to rise within you. In this meditation we will be working with your crystalline light body to align your chakras and to open up your kundalini energy portal which is located at the base of your spine right above your root chakra.

For this meditation You will need to be seated on the floor with a flat pillow placed under your tailbone for support or a chair with a straight back to keep your spine erect . You will also need to be in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the meditationI also recommend a light mask or scarf to cover your eye to assist with disciplining your awareness inward.
